TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions govern your use of dish rental services provided by Mix It Up Tablescapes, vintage dish rental, hereinafter referred to as "the Company".
1. Rental Agreement
By renting dishes from the Company, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. The rental agreement is formed between the Company and the individual or entity renting the dishes, hereinafter referred to as "the Renter".

2. Rental Period
The rental period begins on the date the dishes are delivered to the Renter's specified location and ends on the date specified for the Company to pick up, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Rental Fees
The Renter agrees to pay the rental fees as specified by the Company. Fees include the dish rental cost, as well as a fee of $25.00 for delivery, pick-up and cleaning of dishes. Set-up may be available upon request. The delivery fee may be subject to change based on size of order, distance and venue.

The Renter agrees to pay an initial, non-refundable payment equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total fee for the items selected upon the signing of this Agreement. The remaining balance (including delivery, pick up and cleaning, as well as setup if applicable) will be due the day of the event.
4. Form of Payment
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Renter agrees to make payments to Company in the form of cash, check payable to Mix It Up Tablescapes, or Venmo or zelle are also accepted at this time.

5. Care and Responsibility
The Renter agrees to exercise reasonable care in handling the rented dishes and to return them in the same condition as they were received, normal wear and tear excepted. The Renter accepts full responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of the rented dishes during the rental period. There is a $10.00 damage fee per item broken or not returned.

6. Cleaning & Maintenance
All china must be scraped and packaged into our containers according to our directions. Washing is not necessary as all china and crystal, Mix It Up will will clean the rented items. Vintage china and crystal must be washed by hand, vintage china should go into the dishwasher.

7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of the agreement must be made in writing or by phone at least seven days prior to the scheduled rental date. Cancellations made after this time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

8. Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the rental of dishes, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or damage to property.

9. Indemnification
The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of the Renter's use of the rented dishes.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws within DuPage County. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in DuPage County.

11. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company's website or other communication channels.

By renting dishes from the Company, the Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
